Return Process

   within 5 days of receiving your order with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.
2. Approval: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return address and instructions.
3. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Refunds

Refund Conditions

In case of damage during shipping, a replacement will be provided. Please note, we do not offer refunds.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

At Astitva Vastu Jyotish, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your item, we offer exchanges subject to the following terms and conditions:

Exchange Process

3. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that we receive your returned item.
4. Receive Exchange Item: Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item to you. You will receive a notification email with tracking information once the exchange item has been shipped.

Damaged or Defective Items

with details of the product (image and video) and the defect. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
